The Faulkner County Circuit Clerk is the custodian of all family court records in Conway and throughout the county. The Circuit Clerk is also the clerk of the juvenile court and serves as ex-officio county recorder for real property instruments. The clerk's duties cover the full range of administrative court functions: filing and processing court documents for civil, domestic relations, criminal, and juvenile cases; maintaining all court records and appeals; preparing dockets; issuing summons, subpoenas, and warrants; and managing the child support payment registry.
